Secretary's Report: November general meeting minutes were approved

 *Reviewed the "mailbag"--- 10 donations came in for the March Fundraiser!! !

 

Treasurer's Report: Balance in account $593.42. No outstanding bills

 

Second VP: Not present

 

President's Report: Thanks to all who came out to assemble and decorate our tree at the town center. Thanks to Mary Ann, Jen Stribley and Jen Rodeck for the awesome looking Fundraiser invites.

 

Immediate Past President: Not present

 

Social: The Saturday Breakfast Club at Sandpiper and Pizza Hut Huddle are still occurring. Call Pat and Jen Rodeck respectively if interested in attending.

 

Old Business:

*Major Fundraiser is Saturday March 3rd at Hollywood Blvd from 10-2pm. The Mayor of Woodridge chose "Shrek" (the original one). The price of admission includes All You Can Eat Buffet, the movie and movie passes for a return visit. All members were given invitations to hand out. Cathy to contact Hollywood Blvd to see if our event can be on their marquee and emails.

 

New Business:

January Meeting is on Tuesday January 8th at the Village IV Clubhouse. We will be playing Bunco and Junque-O. Great opportunity to invite your neighbors, coworkers and friends!!Tickets will be available for the White Elephant Raffle. Please RSVP to Pat or Mary Jo.

 

Announcements: WJWC was named the Association of the Year and will receive the award at the Chamber of Commerce Dinner on December 14th. CONGRATS TO ALL OF OUR WONDERFUL MEMBERS!!

 

7:30pm Meeting adjourned. Our Christmas Party began with a gift card exchange, Christmas trivia and lots to eat and drink. Thanks to Jen Stribley for having us in her home!
